RAPIDWomen is an interactive software tool that links family planning and women-centered strategies, thereby demonstrating how investing in these programs can increase quality of life for women, girls, and families, as well as overall development. The model can be used to create an evidence base for women's rights advocates, government leaders, and women's organizations to advocate for increased investments in family planning/reproductive health and other women-centered interventions in their countries.
The model was developed by Futures Group with funding from USAID and Packard Foundation.

RAPIDWomen Policy Presentation
Implementation of the RAPIDWomen advocacy tool includes development of a presentation for policy audiences. The presentation outlines the situation of women and girls in the country, presents results from the model, and outlines key policy messages. The storyline includes portrayal of a woman and her family and the potential benefits in their lives from better policies and greater investment in family planning and other women-centered programs?in addition to highlighting the benefits to national development. This policy presentation, which is based on the application of RAPIDWomen in Mali, demonstrates how this information is woven together to convey evidence-based advocacy messages.
